Two ways to reserve your rooms at the Hilton Anaheim:

CLA’s guest rate of $149 per night, single/double, is available beginning on Friday, April 26 through Monday, May 6, 2013. So come in early or stay late to take advantage of all Anaheim has to offer!

Rental Car

Choose Avis as your rental car provider and receive a special CLA discount. Use the Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number D105539 when booking your call. The AWD will be effective from seven days prior to the event until seven days after the event.

What if I’m contacted by a third-party company offering to help me make my reservation?

Please be vigilant if approached directly by any third-party housing service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider for Christian Leadership Alliance, the upcoming 2013 CLA National Conference, or the Hilton Anaheim Hotel.No such vendor is authorized to represent either CLA or the Hilton Anaheim Hotel. Companies such as Global Housing Management often claim to be offering severely-discounted rates and practice aggressive and high-pressure sales tactics, typically touting impending deadlines or diminishing room availability. These companies often require full-payment, non-refundable reservations, accompanied by significant cancellation and change fees. Neither CLA nor the Hilton Anaheim Hotel can guarantee that transactions made through these third-party vendors will result in confirmed room reservations for the 2013 conference. CLA strongly encourages you to avoid engaging these vendors and to report any solicitation by these vendors to Show Management at mailto:dwayne.leatherland@christianleadershipalliance.org.

What if I can find a less-expensive room nearby? Why should I stay within the official CLA "housing block”?

CLA has made every effort to secure the best possible group nightly room rate for you at the Hilton Anaheim Hotel. That rate results from a negotiated overall package of event needs such as sleeping rooms, meeting room space, and other requirements. Contracts with the venue include a provision to reduce event costs if CLA meets or exceeds its minimum sleeping room block guarantee. Conversely, event costs will increase if CLA falls short of its minimum room block guarantee. By booking your housing needs within the official conference room block and through the designated methods outlined above, you ensure not only that you obtain a great rate and a secured guaranteed transaction but you also help minimize event costs and help CLA continue to offer you outstanding, cost-effective conference services. Reserving elsewhere means you are booking outside the contracted room block and jeopardizing CLA’s ability to meet its contracted obligations and to keep registration fees and other event costs to a minimum. CLA appreciates your support and understanding of this important issue.
